1946. Eugène Tassé’s first acquired commercial building on Fortier St., Hull.

1952: Construction of a building located at 81, Laurier St., Hull, which housed a grocery store on the main floor and two rental units on the second floor.

1971: A small shopping centre located at 22, des Flandres, Touraine, which was extended to become today’s Centre D’achats Riviera.

May 14th, 1991: A memorable day when Eugène Tassé sells his first grocery stores to his children. Photo (from left to right): Marie, Denis, Lucie and Luc. To commemorate their father’s 45 years in the food industry, his four children gave him a small souvenir.

From capital acquisitions to construction, Eugène Tassé understands the entire property development process. This photograph taken in 1984 shows the construction of the buildings located at 4 to 16, Rue des Flandres.

1999: Construction of the building located at 545, Pointe-Gatineau. Adding a 4th residential building to the three previously purchased in 1997 and already part of the Place du Progrès project.

2002: Following the three extension projects to the shopping centre located at 22, des Flandres, the large bingo hall is converted into 20 rental units.
